The Undercut or Young Hitler Hairstyle

For now, I apologize for being such a douche and stuff, cause like, I didn’t know where this thing was going, and I really didn’t understand what I was doing, so I just made these things up and stuff.

But now I’m back, i think, And sort of to get this thing on the road.

For today’s review, or maybe for this review, I’m gonna talk about hair.

Specifically the hair style that dates back to early 20th century, when the world was at war and lots and lots of shit was going down. I’m not going to bore you with the details, but one man stood out during this era of war.

His name is Adolf Hitler

And this is what’s apparently popular among many…many men.. and some women

THE UNDERCUT… THE..UUHH…well, i got nothing…

This is haircut is so popular, it’s like seeing the dawn of the flannel shirts back in the 90’s and it’s come back somewhere during the 2000’s.

Now, you’re wondering, “gee, Riq, where have you been in the last couple of years?” But I’m telling ya, there are sooooooooooooooooo many people pulling this shit that I’ve just had it with these guys and their smug looking face and no sense of individuality.

Am I too harsh? Nah, harsh would have been someone else. Harsh would have decimated this man’s ego to cinder’s and spread that cinder all over the ruins of Chernobyl and left it to soak in the radiation it is so famous for (not that I know of the current situation in Chernobyl. I’m actually pretty ignorant about that… well, actually, I’m ignorant about a lot of things. That’s why I RESEARCH! AND BY RESEARCH I meant google, wikied and so on and so forth..)

Back to the topic, (whatever it was….oh wait, it’s about the undercut..the most overused haircut in the current decade, during the 1900s and that apparently everyone is doing it) I… do like the hairstyle.

I might say a lot of shitty things, but it’s a pretty classy hairstyle. I just find it annoying that it’s been done by soooo many people that it lost it’s appeal.. to me, that is. Not sure about you guys, but much like the flannel shirts, I think we can safely say that you’d at least come across 1 out of, what, 15 guys rocking the undercut x flannel shirt. I mean, I only own, like, 1 flannel shirt… well, 2, but the other one has a hoody, so a flannel hoody?

What the hell am I talking about? The Hairstyle, the Undercut, also known as Hitler Youth or Hitlerjugend (am I saying that correctly?) is waaaay overdone and I’d only be willing to have such a hair style when the fad calms down… what? You calling me a hipster? No shit, sherlock.

The Undercut gets a 4/10 for being too popular and overused (Bitchy, thy name is Riq) and a 8/10 for being a cool hairstyle with history~

Review #1 – Seri Puteri Condo

The Seri Puteri Condo is a recently built apartment/condominium located near the Cheras LRT station, one of the first tall building you see when exiting the station. The condo are two 21 stories high building conjoined together diagonally. Seri Puteri Condo is only a stone’s throw away from your convenient facilities like the 99 speed mart, the mamak store, 7/11, 2 working Cyber Cafes, the laundry mat and those refill station which I do not remember the proper term for it.

Security here is pretty..well, secured. Grills are installed at each room, security makes their rounds of each floors and they keep the place clean. SO, how will it fair when zombies attack!?

At first glance, it would make a safe haven, but There is no way from preventing the walkers from entering the compound. Although we have an electric gate which can be unlocked from the inside, the hallway could easily be penetrated through the glass windows. Survivors are only safe within the rooms, enough to house at least 20 people, if they are willing to share. There are 3 emergency stairs: 1 near the elevator, 2 located at the end of each building.

One can check for any walkers on their floor through the kitchen, as the windows faces the hallway. Another vantage point are..well, the balconies, of course. A good view of the neighbourhood, one can plan their route and escape from the building, especially those living around the 4-5 floor, only needing to makeshift a way to get down without the need to use the main entrance.

Survival here would probably last you a couple of weeks, and that’s being generous. You’d seen in many zombie flicks and tv shows that buildings never last as a safe haven. It will be temporal and nothing can stop that. So if you ever cross this place on your way, think before entering; depending on how long since the zombie infestation started, the condo could be either a haven or a trap!

Verdict – Seri Puteri can serve as a great location to stay in. With the grills able to block the zombies onslaught, you won’t have to sleep with one eyes open. Unfortunately, the longer you stay, the harder it is to be stay alive. I’m not talking about safety, but food will grow scarce and ventures to nearby areas will be riskier after each outing.

I’d give Seri Puteri condo….. 6/10.
